they know you're botting, apologising won't do anything... they know people use template letters now to social engineer their way out of a ban so they no longer care what you have to say.

I reverted perma ban on a same account 3 times since Lich King xpac. Have an unique email format and don't spam them with emails too often. Have extra emails in case admins mute your account email. Use all other departments and act innocent all the time.

One time, I even made the higher-ups to apologize to me for admins' harassing and got some 'gifts' in game.
