Perma banned after 1 year of botting

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? PQR rotation bot

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no

10)EU or US realm? US

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? SoR

I tried my best to ration with them but it looks like they had solid evidence against me. The official reason was abuse of economy, but i'm pretty sure they detected honorbuddy and shut me down.

PLEASE be cautious of using HB for the time being, it seems like the ban hammer's really coming down hard.

yeah I heard SoR can be a target, but this was a legit SoR that my friend sent me, I was the original owner of the unmerged account. I barely botted outdoors, sticking with mostly dungeon farm profiles which I switched around so I wasn't farming the same place for hours on end. I guess no matter how careful you try to be, sooner or later it hits ya.

it's mostly due to the SoR, I believe they are more determined in terms of finding botters... theory ofcourse.

I have seen this happen to many people and here is my input, trolls get a life.

"7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 50 ish" Rookie Mistake you should never post anything on the AH from a botting account, all trades "Should" be made through trade chat 90% of the time, you should never sell raw botted mats on AH no no.

Account A: SoR botting account with a druid for gathering mats, dumps all gold in gbank
Account B: fresh clean account, same guild as Account A (but won't keep it overly active unless I need access to gbank, i.e. Account A gets banned)
Account C: my main account, which will have a toon that has the same guild is another toon in Account B, to be used to transfer gold slowly to my main

Do you think this will keep Account C safe?

Would the Acct A SoR be a purchased one? or your own acct that you have not used for several years? purchased SoR may not last too long, but may be okay for a while if it is just for botting. On your original post, you said the banned SoR account was yours. If this is really true and you have an ID that matches the original name you installed the game with, it may be worth your effort to petition to remove the acct ban. Say you are the original owner, and you have proof (id, cd key from game box, etc) and that you did not do any hacks or bots. Stick to your story of not doing anything wrong and ask for acct to be reopened.

I got banned for putting 500-600 stacks of ghost iron ore up for auction, I even sent the ore throughout all my characters dividing it up evenly. Anyways I got perm banned and I sent in a ban appeal telling them that I Botted, I'm sorry, please unban me, and all the drama the led me to start botting and I got reduced to a 72h ban. Guess it's because I was partially suicidal and my guild helped me by getting me to go to therapy and get meds... Anyways no more botting on that account and I may get to keep my ore unless blizzard stole it!! I'll find out in 2 days..

I'm on my 6th attempt at appealing with no result - keep getting the same answer. I hear people are able to talk on the phone about their accounts, however every time I call support they tell me that they don't deal with accounts, and its another team that you cannot speak on the phone to. How are all these people saying "I called Blizz, gave them a sob story and got my account back??"
