they didnt ban you for mining/herbing (GB2), they banned you for trying to make real money from in-game items. At least that's what the closure message says.

I'd give them a call then, tell them you were banned for "blah blah blah" and you never once said anything about selling items for $$$/???, ask for proof of somethin.
