Same as below, password as been reset and then account was ban, there are already 4 bans reported for yesterday, perhaps our blizzard friends have been more busy these days, be carefull ^^

What kind of E-Mail did you get?
Did you bot afk or babysitted it?

E-mail is in french but basically it says use of a tiers-program or a power -leveling service.
Bot was baby-sitted most of the time, not running at night and never left alone more than 1 h.
In top of that the bot was running smoothly so it wasn't like "omg this guy is running in circle for 30 min, its a bot"

what else were you doing besides questing profiles? did you leave your account on for more than 18 hours at a time?

Nothing else than questing, no pvp, no grinding, no GB.
I never leaved my account more than 4h straight and never more than 6-7 h a day.

Some things I might advise - ask of you..

What profile were you using [what is the name of it? it could have gotten stuck without your knowing]

If you plan on botting again don't use a default CC (some of them are good, i'm not sure about the mage, just make sure its good)

You should stagger your botting and not keep it 7 hours straight (if you did that is).. Blizzard doesn't follow you around individually but will notice youve been online for hours on end..
