perma ban

yesterday i got perma ban from blizz no warnning nothing bott was farming and after like 2 hours he dc'd when i tried logging in again it said battle.net error 202
clicked on the link thats under the error and this is what i get Game Guide - World of Warcraft
im guessing there is no way to get the account back
took the account over from a friend a long time ago

dont really know how i get banned i never leave my pc when im botting when i get a whisp i reply i never sell on the same toon all over so i dont have that many on AH from 1 toon
the only reason what i can think off is gatherbuddy mining np at all great work with that
but when it comles to herbing pls look up on that
when hes herbing close to a tree hes flying 10-20 times around before herbing when he gets agro he just keeps flyform up and flies around the tree not herbing at all

Sorry mate, this happened to me this Wednesday as well. Got the letter from Bliz in 5 or 6 hours that it's a permaban and license is terminated.

was using this1 only went in jade forest
wierd thing is that the ban happend 1 hour after the launcher updated can that be a reason for it?
