This is the message i sent to them once i got the same email or *abusing the economy* as i called them first about it as i was playing by hand in a BG when i got disconnected and tried to log back on and got the message i was banned. so while i was on the phone they told me to open a ticket and they described what the *abusing the economy* can come under E.G botting for materials and such.

Hi,

I'm contacting you due to the reason i don't understand why i was banned. Ive never used a *bot* or sold game currency for real life money. if this is in regards to how long i have been active. simple reason i have more time on my hands due to college being finished till September which has meant i can play more often and don't have a time to come off. which gives me more time to farm in order to make more money in preparation for Mist. so could you please let me know to why i was banned for as i don't see why i should be :S?

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned.

We could verify the abuse of a third party program (also kn own as bot) used on the account, as the evidence we gathered is correct, the account is now permanently closed.

Please note, it is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for privacy and security reasons.

We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter.

I dont agree with this at all, you say their is evidence about this but i strongly disagree as I've never used a bot and have no need to as im fully capable of farming items for my self.

Ive tried this and i get the same response when i call them *We don't have the power to do this only the game masters do and there is nothing we can do to help you

My server is dead and no one sends whispers to botters. That doesn't mean that people don't report you still because bots are easy to spot because of how they farm. The new reporting system is TOOOOOOOOO risky to be botting out in the open anymore and being in uldum alone is just asking to be banned.

There is no way out of this one, the only possible way would've been prevention, maybe use a ***** and change your mac address when you bot or something like that.

IMO never bot in twilight, i been banned their 3 times. Some of the times the bot went around picking up no mines for a couple of hours pretty obvious bot.

bs about dont bot here and there, you was unlucky, nothing else.

for the new system to work, you have to target the player aswell to be able to rightclick em and report.

90 % of the time, no one is close to you, and to find you in uldum / th, is making effort, and no one wants that.

i can see 5-6 SoR accounts on a daily basis in uldum, 24/7 for days, lvl 80-85 by mining, so obvious, still they

are there, no one reports em, even when the fcked up names show you enough.

Use good profiles, they are around, bot not picking up nodes for some hours, is profile related, use a

good profile and you have a low chance. People who might report you are those you dont respond to

when wispered, use shut up plugin, block guild invites, or better, be in one, make your own and ofcourse

never bot 24/7. I let it run overnight, 6-8 hours max, then during the day some hours, let it farm some herbs

just to stock up on oil for mop. No place is more dangerous then any other, there is no death trap for bots, you

do it yourself, and make yourself seen by the way you bot.
