Got a mail from Blizzard, saying that they detected a thirdparty software that automated player accounts. Bla bla no excuses, boom perm ban. Tried to appeal, they said there is enough evidence (which has not been shown even after asking). After that tried 1 or 2 more tickets, but they got auto cancelled.
