1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?: Honorbuddy, Combat Bot (with combat disabled via keyboard shortcut, as in if i got attacked, id just die)
2)Which version (and Beta or Release)?: Release
3)If so, when was the last time?: 11:00am 20-03-2014
4)What profile were you using?: None
5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Default Priest Shadow
6)What plugins are you using?: None
7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 1 hours (1 LFR Worth, have been offline for 2 weeks prior to the incident)
8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?: 100% (I was there the entire time moving the toon around)
9)How many auctions per day did you have?: 4 that day (the whole week).
10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?: No (ok maybe a little Swag

11)Was your account involved in gold selling?: No (never will be)
12)EU or US realm?: US
13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?: Paid account
Btw, I have got NO earlier bans or warnings of any kind (botting for 2 years).
Note: I appealed, and it was changed to locked, this ban took place several hours later once i had closed the bot all together (AFKing).
