"Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy. I have not in any way ever attempted to breech the setion of the ToC that you quoted as "characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy"

Slapped me with a perm ban on my first time. I have never sold gold and about a month ago my account was hacked and looted. I used that as an excuse in my email to blizz. 15 mins later it was reviewed and reversed with a nice email basically saying "We know you botted dont do it again"

Maybe i'll take it easy for a while, I really started to bot hard the past 4-5 days (20+hrs per day) so its probably nobodys fault but mine own :p

The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or "...use *****s, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..."
