Perm banned but overturned, suggestions from creators because I DID want to buy it

None now but I wasn't using an auto-unstuck feature which I should have.

Anywhere from 1 to 5 depending, most days none though.

About 80%. I was paranoid this would happen

Not many, I only auctioned every few days if that and the last time I put anything on the AH was days ago.

So I was just permabanned but the ruling was over turned. -

Which makes it disheartening for me since I actually used this to just have my hands free since I'm preoccupied with some major other real life issues that demanded my time. I would be watching it to make sure things didn't get out of hand but I literally went to the bathroom, came back and was offline only to find out I was permabanned. This happened earlier this morning. The response time was pretty fast from them and they DID overturn it, but now I'm even more paranoid about using the product again and buying it out full (I have previously purchased several day passes for Honorbuddy and then a monthly one and was about to sign up for the perm. access).

If they had detected you botting for real, you would never ever get access to your account again!

You were simply reported, or triggered autoban for some reason.

Most likely autoban, just because it got opened right after appeal.

OMG. Don't listen to this guy. The bot is ABSOLUTELY detectable. All these fanboys have all these silly reasons why it's not detectable but I'll tell you very simply how it is...

You agreed to the TOS that states you ALLOW blizz to scan your computer outside of WOW for other programs. THIS MAKES IT LEGAL FOR THEM TO DO SO. HB runs in plain sight, so it is very easily detectable. As for the silly statement "If they had detected you botting for real, you would never ever get access to your account again!", this isn't true. They gave him/her a scare with the perma ban, then a slap on the wrist as a warning to stop botting. This way, blizz gets to keep a sub and hopefully for them you stop botting.

Here's the TOS that WE ALL agreed to that 99.9% of you don't read (It is the only part of the TOS that is 100% in caps. lol)...

Search the forums, youd know that it's illegal to scan OUTSIDE the WoW process. This garbage gets old.
If HB was detected we would ALLLLLL be banned. You got reported, or triggered auto detection trigger. WoTLK Questing is apparently heavily monitored and also include "bot traps" all over that maybe be the reason for you being banned. But who knows.

I just told them that I was a paying customer since the game came out and I was tending to some rather important real life while dealing with lag from the storms in my area (that was all true by the way, I kept getting crappy weird lag NOT botting and it was screwing me up something fierce). They saw it and basically said the slap on the wrist bit - shit turned out alright this time but next time ya probably won't get so lucky. Putting it in laymen's terms.

I'm not botting on my main account anymore or if I am, it's while im sitting here literally watching it while eating or something and just don't want to be bothered with clicking on nodes or enchanting/disenchanting crap. I'm not losing literally years of effort for a few easy gold.

ya, i remember being caught in at least 3 real detected banwaves back in the WoW/mmo glider days. The forums will be down due to every customer trying to post lol. sorry for your luck, i was banned today too from using gatherbuddy.
