Well, i dont speak German, but i feel sad for you. Can you fight it? And do you think that maybe was the gold selling?

20 hours per day is quite a bit too... I try to never go above 14 or so.

it was because of a third party application

That doesn't mean that they detected something... it's likely that someone (or multiple somone's) spotted him either running the same circuit or possibly running into something and reported him - and it's possible that a GM checked in on him - and watched his actions, determined he was botting and wrote up the ban that way. Of course, this is complete guessing...

GMs have a system to where you get random psts like that (if they suspect botting) "How are you doing" etc, if you don't answer, or it's an automated answer, then the ban hammer comes.

Nature of the offence: repeated serious infringements against the rules / use of third-party applications

Action taken: permanent account lock

Dear customer,

We hereby inform you in the knowledge that we of Warcraft account constantly had to block your world on the basis of repeated, serious violations of the terms and conditions

Is that an actual cut & paste? Looks like a fake/scam message.

There's a wonderful plugin called "LogMeOut". You can set it to log you out if you receive just one whisper. Well, it all depends on how social are you... I usually don't receive whispers from anyone, so, i works from me. It also disconnects if a player targets you, if a player follows you, and a great number of other situations. Sometimes i wake up and find that the bot worked just one hour and something happened, and it got disconnected... But it's the safest way to play.

if you do that then you have to make sure you have an addon on so you won't get whispers from low lvls or you would get dc'ed all the time :p
