Perm ban to 72 h

So last saturday 8/2-2014 16.06 i got my first perm ban.
I chatted with a GM around 18.00 and got the perm ban over to a 72 h suspension at 18.36.
At this point 12/2-2014 19.32 4 days later, my account is still locked.
Do you guys know why it's still locked?

Well i assume i was banned for using Gatherbuddy. I farmed alot of ores and herbs, and then sent them to my banker and sold to a private buyer.
The GM told me, that she could see in the logs that i clearly was botting, and that's why i was banned.

Sorry, this is my first post!

- Well i basically told her, that it must have been some sort of addon, that would have made them believe that i was botting.
She turned that down and said the logs clearly said i botting. But because there had been no "bad-points" before on my account, she was willing to lift the ban and give me a 72 h suspension and a final warning. She also said i have to be careful from now on.

The problem is, i don't know if i should contact them again and ask why my suspension hasn't expired yet, when it's been more than 72 hours.

There's a handy trick with 72 hrs that I learned when I got slapped for PQR - if 72 hours goes by and you're still not unlocked, open a support ticket and give it a few minutes. After I did that, my account was opened and I canceled the ticket.
