Performance issues running combat botbases

I'm experiencing the problem of my FPS dropping from 60 (with vsync on) / 90+ (vsync off) to 5-6 when starting HB running Enyo or Hazz, and either Singular or TuanHA combat routines, WoW addons either on or fully disabled. Attached is a full log from an attempt to run with TuanHA and Enyo -- as soon as I started the bot, my framerate bottomed out, so I stopped it pretty shortly thereafter. This particular log is from the Kara scenario for the new quest, and I know that FPS drops are known to happen in new zones -- but I experience this problem in any zone / dungeon / raid I happen to be trying to run the bot in.

I was experiencing this problem the other day and in troubleshooting I updated my GPU drivers and BIOS (to also fix another issue, unrelated to HB). For that night, HB ran fine without major performance drops regardless of botbase. I have read through the buddywiki article on FPS drops and taken its contents into consideration, going so far as to disabling, and then uninstalling, my antivirus application and turning off all other non-essential apps/services on my PC to attempt to resolve the performance problem. I have also tried deleting my HB Settings folder, and with a fresh Honorbuddy install into a clean directory, but these have not helped.

For what it's worth, Win 10 / 3770K CPU / GTX 980 / 16GB DDR3.

Not really sure where to go with this from here. Questbot seems to be fine for flying to invasions, but combat botbases are unusable.

Same doing new quest chain and when I went into Ul;duar I dropped from 99 fps to 3 ps when I stop HB it goes back to 99 but this only happens in instances not out in the world.

hi im having the same problem soon as im in a raid or group and i go to use raid bot my game starts to get so choppy i cant play at all soon as i stop the bot back to normal over 60 fps..and same thing on combat bot i came on here to see if i can fig out what it is and here other people are having the same thing


ya this is happing everywere no matter where i go in game soon as i hit start on raid bot or combat bot the game dropps to 3 fps and so choppy and laggy cant play..click stop and back normal

It is not the bot alone atm.
WoW has serious fps issues after the update.

Most of them are a result of old addons or simply blizzards bad optimization of the client.
I will not say it's a blizzard only issue but it can be.

You're using a TEST RELEASE of the bot which is never performance optimized too so I guess it's a combination of all of this.
It will take until legion is released and then a couple of weeks I guess before everything is really running smooth again.
