Performance Issue

I sometimes get these errors that read :

22:31:42.700 ERROR PerformanceLogger [Trinity][Performance] Execution of Navigator.MoveTo took 1394.72ms.
22:31:42.701 ERROR PerformanceLogger [Trinity][Performance] Execution of HandleTarget.HandleBasicMovement took 1395.98ms.
22:31:42.702 ERROR PerformanceLogger [Trinity][Performance] Execution of HandleTarget took 1409.70ms.

Anything I can do to avoid it?

Try a different profile(Rrrix's profile) and see if trinity still gives the same error.
