Performance errors

I've been getting these a lot since I started using DB. This isn't the first time I've used DB and I never had issues like this before on the same hardware. Any idea what to adjust? This happens sometimes 20-30 times per minute. It wouldn't bother me so much if it wasn't making my char pause for 1/3 of a second.

Does it happends when items drop? it does for me... i use windows 8.1 wonder if thats the issue :c!

Nope doesn't happen just when items drop. There's times it happens when no loot is around except gold maybe. I'm using win 7 64 bit. I can log everything from trinity and post it if that'd help but it's a lot to swim through.
