People being banned - were your mains effected?

I'm just wondering and sorry if it's the wrong place to ask. But all the people reporting things like 2/2 or 3/3 or whatever banned and don't sell gold, were your main accounts that you gave the gold to effected at all?

Neither was mine, even though it's on the same account as one of my farmers. And I got two accounts banned (they made it into 72h suspension though)

For me only the gatherbuddy2 farm accounts got banned. All other accounts (mail, professionbuddy, autoangler) are still active. I think (how another guy said) it's a banwave for the reported chars.
I have no main account - so i buy new accounts and do the same too

?dit: All 3 accounts from me got a perm ban for economic (first on this accounts, never before). And first time i have ever became a ban ^^

i appealed 3 bans today, one well articulated and polite, one angry and /fist shaking and one utterly clueless, will let you know what works and what doesnt once blizz decides to answer my tickets

"Hey there. This account got banned for "abuse of the economy". I really don't see how it can be abusive to give gold to guildies, and therefore this closure makes no sense to me at all. I've been farming a lot to help guildies through the start of this expansion, so I feel that this account rightfully should be reactivated.

Has anyone been banned for just farming and not selling the stuff?

I've been using 1 account to farm herbs/minerals and been mailing/trading the materials to my main account and leveling JC/Alchemy. Haven't been selling any of it.

I've been botting intelligently for 6 years on the same account. The major ban waves come from detection.

The minor bans (couple accs at a time) come from abuse of economy, or players reporting you. There are steps to avoid players reporting you. Basically don't get greedy. I bot fishing a couple hours a week, mining/herbing a couple hours a week. I use questing profiles to level toons, I use a reloger to log out for a few hours here and there. I do use archy buddy to level toons but I only use it sparingly. I dont go on a 20 hr archy buddy spree.

IP Ban on me. DIdnt bot with my main. It was banned, my 2006 account.

I called them, they dont give a answer on phone by this. They said there is proven evidence.
It?s so lol they banned every single account that had logged in with this ip. one i had just running 1hour an evening before with leveling.
