Rogue Combat CR

I am now releasing this CR as I have worked very hard with.

This is a non-afk bot, you move by yourself (movement is not handeled). I prefer using Enyo botbase.

Why did I create this CR: and maximize DPS in raid encounters.


PVP/ features:

CC and interrupts are perfect. You dont even need to target the onces you want to interrupt, if a healer is close enough and trying to cast heals it will kick, gouge or blind, even if you have another target.

  • Track of DR, decide if you only want "full kidney shots" .. Also tracks DR for teammate. DR tracking includes all spells: Gouge, Blind, Cheapshot etc.
  • Interrupts heals
  • Interrupts CC spells (cycle, sheep, fear etc)
  • Configurable burst options
  • Auto Gouges nearby other enemy (non-target)
  • CC out of another CC possiblity.

PVE Features

  • Perfect rotation from: Simulationcraft Results
  • Configurable auto killing spree (since in some mythic hc bosses in e.g. BRF is very bad with auto killing spree) :P


Generic features:


  • NO LAG, VERY EFFICIENT (uses new Co Routines for HB).
  • Potion handling
  • When in stealth, it will target nearest enemy when close enough and attack! (also useful in both pve and /pvp)
  • Auto gap closer (shadowstep / burst of speed)
  • Burst of speed if slowed effect on you.

DOWNLOAD / INSTALL

Here are installation instructions:

  1. Download latest version from here (zip): DOWNLOAD HERE (you can also use git if you want, (advanced)).
  2. Extract the folder inside the zip to HonorbuddyFolder/Routines/
  3. Restart honorbuddy

DOWNLOAD BY SUBVERSION (easy updates)

This is recommended, makes updating simple!

NOTE: Download and install Tortoise SVN before you do the steps below!

  1. Create a folder named "GladRogue" inside "Honorbuddy\Routines" folder.
  2. Right click the "GladRogue" folder and click "SVN Checkout..."
  3. "URL of repository" should be: https://github.com/peec/hb-rogue-cr/trunk
  4. Click OK

How to update the routine / check for updates:

  1. Right click the "GladRogue" folder and click "SVN Update..."
  2. Done.

Hey, I tested it and for arena this is amazing. I am doing 3s casually with a dk, disc and myself as rogue, I am the only botter and yea from 0-1500 so far, I got 3 primal epics and rest blues and it does great.
Thing I would like to ask is what does burst insight mean and what would be best for arena? Also it be great if it did saps if possible, it rarely gouges and unsure if it garrotes. But other then that I think I could reach 2k easy with this.

Thanks for feedback.

Burst Insight, means that it will not pop burst cooldowns before you get "Shallow insight", "Moderate insight" or "Deep insight". Normally people wait to use .e.g. killing spree before they are in an insight.
This can also be turned of by selecting "No requirement", then autoburst doesnt care about what insight you are in.

Gouge should happen if you are close enough to another target and he doesn't have any debuffs, i will need to check this.

As of sap, i agree, i think I need to create some logic for that instead of automatic cheap shot (it uses garrote if cheap shot is on DR ).

This is a Combat only routine at this moment, I am planning on implementing subtlety as well . For PVP combat is the best anyway :)

Hi, i have a question for u :

I disabled Automatically gap close ( set to false) but at start of arena, it continues to cast sprint and feint.

Is it right ?

Thanks for feedback! The idea was good and I set it when auto gap close is off it does not use Speed buffs in stealth! In latest version.

I have made a change in latest version:

- Now saps instead of default "Cheap shot".
- Instantly saps nearby player if you are close
- Just garrote or cheap shot urself when you are ready for action! :)
- Fixes rare gouges (gouge more often then 1 stack of DR ).

In latest version.

Hey, good to see some rogue love!

Will test it and provide some feedback.

two other things, i believe you have to offer a zip hosted on the bossland servers also, not only git. ( I know.. shame since git will be up to date and easier to maintain..)
and since i don't know how many of the 'normal userbase' knows how to use git or set it up, there is a option at github to provide svn (which most people here know, or atleast there are guides explaining how to use svn)

Hi, while fighting i think it's OK but i need to test better , but i noticed a little thing (i hope to explain simple and right in english) :
Entered in Arena, i move my char around to find enemy but at one moment he stops in single point of and he move around like as didn't receipt my button to move...
I noticed that it happens when u'll not find near/target enemy after some seconds or moved around.
Example :
your enemies are rogues and are in stealth... u move youserlf to find them ... it happen if u 'll go to center of arena.

(sorry for my bad english)

I think that it'll be better if u test it yourself :-P
 
Hey, sorry if im just being stupid dont use Honorbuddy alot. Is there a way i can turn everything off apart from Sapping nearby STEALTH people & kick bot only?

This is now support in latest version,

On "Mode" select "Interrupt mode".

first of all nice job :-) do you think with patch 6.2 you can make a Subtlety routine?
