Hi,

I am botting just for fun (not selling any gold) - mostly just using Enyo running different Routines. in OG or shrine i have around 30 FPS running 1920x1080 using all "low Settings" in WOW and it doesnt look smooth :(. I am using also couple of Addons but not a "heavy load". Of course i also tried enable/disable Framelock, tried Singular and other Routines and all that stuff but it would be just AMAZING if i could get better graphics and MORE fps! :) You guys think its possible?

Current PC Spec:
i7 3770K
16GB Corsair DDR3 (1600Mhz i think)
Geforce 560TI

Budget: around 500€ - 700€

Thanks

minchk is on spot, I own the non-gaming version of that gpu and it is amazing. choose the gaming version if you plan to/know how to properly overclock your gpu (though it is quite overkill for anything on the market atm)

sounds strange with that stuff you have to run it @ low sett.

Buy a nice SSD HD.

If your bot is running ok, set the log level to none, it'll improve performance

Thank you guys for the replays! :)

Your pc is completely fine apart from the gfx card, which is the same as I use to have, just buy MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card [V316-001R] (best price for value versus performance increase, this card will rape anything you throw at it) and you'll be fine for another few years :)
I was also thinking about getting the gtx 970! But i didnt know that gaming edition is better. I did some research, so it is already overclocked and i dont have to change anything, right?

yeah , buy a better gfx Card and maybe a ssd disk :-)

Ye, i forgot to mention, that i dont own a SDD, so you think it will improve my fps? If so, can u please help me choosing one? Thanks for the log level tip  I will try it out

0.00% chance you need a new processor or ram.... that's probably double the power I have and I run 3 bots with no issues.

If you are just running a single bot don't bother with a SSD, it's a waste of money. Get a new video card. If all you are planning on running is WoD, I would recommend the 970 as posted earlier. Normally I would say get something a bit cheaper, but that one is such a bargain for the power. Also, black friday is coming so you may be able to get an even better price. Be certain your power supply can handle the card btw.

that card is fine, there is something wrong with your PC if you're running a i7 and performance is lacking. Maybe it's a heating problem? I would invest in cooling your pc

An ssd won't really increase your fps, but it will drastically speed up loading times (not just from wow). I wouldn't want a pc without one.

The 560ti should be able to give you decent graphics, but since 6.0 wow is expecting more from the gpu. Upgrading to an nvidia GTX 970 is something you won't regret. The brand doesn't make much difference, but as people suggested before, the MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G is a safe bet.

Solid state will change your life. You don't even need a huge one, just slap windows on it and your games, you can use an old school spin to win HD for the rest of your media without any performance loss in gaming.

Thanks! I got a
corsair tx650 supply, do you think it will be enough?

Thanks! To be honest i was thinking of getting the Gigabyte version of the gaming gtx 970 (i know its a very bad argument but it has a faster
delivery time :D in Austria). I dont know if it does matter but i saw it is even more overclocked compared to the msi .

You think so? I mean for sure a nice SDD will increase the speed of my PC in generall. (have one on my laptop) But couple guys here said that it will not affact any FPS and "speed/lag" what i have in wow

How much you want to spend on that ssd?

choose the size (and price, doh) you can afford, but dont get anything else than SanDisk Extreme Pro SSD

Amazon.com: SanDisk Extreme PRO 240GB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5-Inch 7mm Height Solid State Drive (SSD) With 10-Year Warranty- SDSSDXPS-240G-G25: Computers & Accessories

SSD will make your windows boot faster, decrease loading screen time and all that neat quality of life stuff, but it wont do anything for your ingame performance. Literally, you will gain 0 fps going from HDD to SSD

He is right that it won't give you additional FPS, for that you need a decent graphics card, but a SSD will increase the overall performance of your pc and gaming. It is a cheap investment and extremely worth it. It really is a must have.
