PC support - what now , bot problem

Ok so im getting myself a new PC.

Bought already :

Gigabyte mainboard GA-970A-DS3 AM3
Procesor AMD FX-6100 BOX 6 cores 32nm 3x2MB L2/8MB L3 3.3GHz S-AM3+ - Black edition , can be overclocked till 3.8-3.8 ghz
GEIL DDR3 16 GB 1600MHZ DUAL VELOCE CL.9


Now the question is what is more important now ( to use as much as possible atm bots ) :

New graphic card - actual is Nvidia Geforce 9600GT
New / bot + windows SSD disck - actual normal baracuda 7200 1.5tb disc


What would be better with a low budget ( arround 100$ )
And is the graphic card such important ?
