[PB] RAF Grind Cathedral of Darkness Icecrown /w player detection

This profile is used to RAF grind at the Cathedral of Darkness in Icecrown. Take your 2 RAF characters to the top of the citadel and group with a higher level to grind the mobs. It will take you to Outland if your not already there.
The profile will detect when players come in and put your character to /sleep until they leave.
This is a great place to grind frostweave as well and has an option to show how fast your gathering it.
