pb - bid and buyout (how do you make pb bid below max buyout price)

hi guys

i know how to set the buyout price in pb, but how do you make it bid? if you set the bid price to say 5 g, and their an item with a bid price of 2 g and buyout of 6g

it wont bid?

any ideas
