PB alchemy profile doesn't work anymore

everything was good, until today it stopped working. HB doesn't say anything at all. It just sits there doing nothing, nothing in logs, I'm using the profile attached here. Any ideas?

Now it works again, haven't done anything except loading different profiles, then loaded back the one I mentioned above, and it works again..weird stuff...Also noticed that when bot flies on a mount, and PB is on, it makes stop and go behaviour.
