Paypal not working in Canada

Paypal is not working in Canada and my Paypal is registered in Israel.

No interested in using CC via Stripe.

Please resolve this issue Canada isn't USA.

im living in denmark and tbh most of EU isnt using any CC either. so pls add paypal again or i cant buy anything.
