paypal just gave me back my MIST payment

I just checked my paypal. I had disputed the charges on my mist payment on an account that was banned a few weeks ago.
I had told paypal all I got was a form letter and that I hadn't been given any just reasons. Blizzard gave the stand by of broken terms as a reason.
Paypal refunded my mist payment and a few monthly payments. Due to the other mist payments were past 45 days they couldn't be disputed.
So for all those that have used paypal to pay for there monthly and mist upgrade that have gotten banned here is something to try.
At this point I'll be using another paypal IE the wifes to keep going and Not fear the ban hammer. due to you can pay off your mist expan and what not with 3 accounts going for 45 days pretty easy if done right.

This worked for me too, they didn't even respond to the claim. I guess they are swamped from the chinese doing it to them. I don't feel bad about it all, I had 2 accounts banned and they removed gametime from them after they unbanned them, so I added more game time and then they banned them both again 2 days later. Fuck blizz, I got $100 back multiple times. I spent money on realm transfers, game time and cd keys, all refunded thanks paypal

You do know they will ban all your other accounts which you have registered to that paypal email address now it's happened to people before.
They blacklist people this way becouse you are not supposed to refund ur money that's called fraud which you've committed you agreed to their tos which you broke and by asking back the money you committed fraud which is reason enough to close down any of your accounts and limit access to their games.

Not saying they do this with everyone but it defenitly happens.

Basically this guy had 2 accounts 1 got unrightfully banned and hacker put sub on paypal which he now owes.
This might be a different situation but however you play it if you owe for whatever reason blizzard a payment then they will ban all accounts they can link to you untill they have recollected the ammount you owe them.

I got 5 accounts banned at the same time, so at this point they don't have any accounts that have been opened or paid for by that paypal. So honestly don't bug me a bit.

I see just saying it becouse if other people see this they might think it's safe to ask ur money back and end up getting banned.
