Hello buddy's, yesterday i've sold 90k for 38eu, but after 2m. the guy made chargeback and now im disputing the case, i've uploaded the chat prints through skype to paypal...well i have the fealing im going lose the case...what do you guys sugest in this case? Well one think i have sure, im not going sell gold anymore to private sellers, i prefer sell for a little bit less but no risk to very good rep buyers from ownedcore.

Any sugestions?

I feal like a fcking idiot...you know..:mad::mad::mad::mad:

You can't do anything with just chat prints, take better precautions next time. Sorry for your loss

I'v lost chargebacks even when they wrote in the details "ANY ATTEMPT TO CHARGE BACK IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH" went -900 dollars on my paypal. DONE WITH PRIVATE SELLERS/BUYERS

Don't bother. It's gone. Paypal doesn't care about chargebacks for virtual goods.

I HATE paypal, bunch of money grabbing pricks.
I'm yet to test this but I hear you can do this:

1.Make a 100% fake account
2.Get them to pay into this account, before you give them the gold instantly transfer the money to another account.
3.If they attempt a charge back theres nothing to charge and paypal cant do anything since its your fake account.

(I havent tried, only read about it)

got myself a while ago same issue, chinese took his money back (prolly was an noncover payment order) but i took out the money long before he made the chargeback so paypal blocked my card.. pff big deal, called bank, they mailed me new card :D

If using Paypal ONLY sell to people within the US... Also have them say it is a trade for goods... Have them state in the transfer that this is money for a random mineral rock with no refunds... and mail them a rock with tracking info to their house... Cannot dispute a real item mailed with tracking with number... eats an extra 5 dollars out of your trades but they cannot charge back unless they say someone stole their account and for that paypal makes them get a police report for identity theft and that's a ton of work...

Normally you only do trades over 100k this way...

You cannot fight against charge backs for virtual goods... but a mailed rock with a tracking number works every time :P

Or just don't use Paypal as they are shit.
