hello i sold 400 k and the person payed me via paypal after 2 days he made a charge back and now im in dispute with paypal and the buyer, someone here have some tips about how to made this with paypal ? will paypal unfrozen the charge ?

paypal doesn't refund intaginble goods(something like that since i lost my wordpad can't find it). but that counts for gold, which you just lost.

After dealing with several online/electronic transactions with some hit and misses the best way I've found to defend yourself against scammers. Granted, these don't really work against a charge back so you have to call them.

• Document EVERYTHING. Screenshots, how much you are paying/they are paying etc.
• Send INVOICES. In your paypal invoices put a disclaimer!
• Make disclaimers! Type something like "As this transaction is Electronic, returns are not accepted in any way. If you accept this invoice, then you also agree that returns are limited and perhaps even not accepted."
• Make a "Receipt" after a follow up. It's simple. Make it in Note Pad. Have a date, item sold, price, how much, disclaimers, contact information. After you make it in notepad, screenshot it and open GIMP or anything and add watermarks with your name so they can't edit it.
• Always make sure they are verified! Look at the names and street. If it looks fake. Don't deal with them.
• Always verify that they are the real owners! Make them send emails to you from their paypal emails. Infact, send invoices to their paypal emails.
• You can also do a "pre-purchase" check. Where you have them State their name, paypal email address, what they are buying and agree to all the terms. This helps a little against "It wasn't me" cases.
• Remember. You can always choose to not to sell to people you don't like, trust, or etc.
• Simple disputes are easy such as non-receipt (Forgot the actual dispute). Just supply all your documents to support your defense. Make sure you let them know it's an Electronic Item. (Paypal doesn't cover electronic items atm I think.)
• Charge Backs? CALL Paypal! You HAVE to call them. It is your best bet against charge backers. Give supporting documents anything.
• Deal small chunks of gold at a time. Never all in one go.

Theres a few tips I've learned over the year You may have different luck. Remember to call. Always call them. It proves that you care.
