Payment screwed up when buying bot

So , 2 weeks ago i Payed 2 times 1 month for Hb. 1 I recieved, the other one i didn't but was clearly payed. I have the transaction number, time and date but the hb team don't give the key out. I contacted Paysafe and they told me that they contact the hb team. So they didnt i think... Now Hb says they aint got the money and paysafe says they got the money... Whos lying? Or maybe just to lazy to realy check it? How ever after 20 E-mails with paysafe and hb i just give up... If anyone wonders why i was so rude in the forum sometimes.. this is why...

Email support. [email protected] with the transaction id and explain the situation. This will create a ticket to resolve your issue.

I allready did all of it , i even send the transaction number time date ect... Mailing with Hb support and Paysafe since 1 week. But how i said, hb says they didnt got the money and paysafe says they got the money ...

have paysafe reverse it by telling them product provider claims they did not receive it. once that's done you can optionally send it another way
