Payment options in Buddy Store

Hi,

i cant buy products via pay pal?
do i have to have a credit card since the other options are chinese or russian letters.
I payed Honorbuddy via Pay Pal so why cant i use it in Buddy Store?

sry for my bad english i hope someone can help me.

P.s.: I live in Europe if it matters
