Payment Keys to Wrong account?

Hello all! I have recently purchased a lifetime membership and activated the key, Upon a very fustrating time wondering why my Store purchases were not showing up even when they have been ENABLED. I have tried re installing honorbuddy and clearing both honorrbuddy and wow cache. I checked out via paypal as i have always done, i go over to BuddyAUTH and do not see my active KEY listed, meaning it must be under another account can someone help me as this is important as the account i have been using has plenty of purchases from instore, thaank you!

Alas, you'll be unable to receive help for this using the forums. As, the Support team does not have access to user account information.

You will need to contact the Bossland 'front office' at [email protected], and explain the situation and what you need to them. They will no doubt request proof of ownership for both accounts.
