I cannot find my demonbuddy key in my buddyauth

I have purchased a 3 sessions demonbuddy key, and I have received it in my email. However, I cannot find it in my buddyauth. How can I add the key into buddyauth again? I need to manage it in this way.

in order to be able to see your key under a buddy auth acc you must be registered with the same email u used in checkout page
