So I bought Honorbuddy, but when I pressed continue after I put in all my info, it went to a failure page. It said my payment was declined and there were 4 ways to solve it? It said to contact them, so I sent an email, and then I sent an email to the Honorbuddy support. I don't have a key in my email, and I registered at the buddy auth or whatever it is with the same email I used to buy it, but I don't have a key there either.

if the payment was declined that means that we never got paid for the product so there wouldn't be any key at this point.

what you wanna do if you havent already is send an e-mail to [email protected] and let them know you got the payment declined thing and they should be able to help you out.

another thing you can do is call your cards issuer and ask them about it being declined, sometimes its on the issuers end not allowing oversea's payments, and can be fixed quickly with a phone call tell them that the transaction is legit to let it on though.

I sent an email to them and they haven't responded. If I use Paypal instead of Visa, will that work? I don't feel like calling them.

you could try it.
e-mail support is not instant it can take up to 72 hours so please be patient.

like i said, give it 72 hours also check your spam folders as sometimes e-mails can end up in there.
