Tried to buy BW last night, I got msg that cc was declined but at the same time It was charged 9.49e for reservation hotel Eliz?
Just to be sure we understand each other I did not used my cc on any other web page nor I have made reservations to any hotels and did not get any emails from you in spam box with key to BW, I dont live in Germany and I am not In germany now.
I have already sent email to your support.
Any suggestions from your side or explanation what happened.
