payment always rejected by blizzard?

I have 4 fresh accounts I tried everything, same paypal and same credit card (they get me obviously) ,so I tried 4 x verified different PP's and got same problem. I tried again with 4 x different credit cards I even waited hours between each other and they still get me, cuz maybe im using the link 2,50£ ?
how do you guys do it? i cant seem to be able lately.
