Pause honorbuddy when a player in certain range is detected.

Hello there used to be a plugin on here before that would scan for players and pause honorbuddy until it no longer had anyone in range, if it no longer works I am willing to pay for it if anyone can make a different plugin.

some of the features it had was

-scan range
-pause timer
-sound alert

and disabled in main towns.

It is not good idea at all,
because if you will use such plugin everyone could easily notice that you are a botter.

Let's say that scan area is small, so anyone running in sertain range will notice that your character stops. The person can notice the correlation. It can happen anytime, if person is just curious.
In case if scan area is large then your character will do nothing most of the time, because large area -> more players go into the range.
