Pause and Resume at Our Will

The current random pause system is great but I think it will be better that there is an option given to pause (for a random minutes) and resume (from automatic pause) at our own will.

Sometimes, there rare pokemon just beside when it pause and I'd really love to catch it without restarting the whole bot.

I'd second that! I've seen abras, squirtles, and pikachus about to de-spawn during a pause and it breaks my heart
