Path is the new Facebook that functions already in the internet!
However, the difference with popular site social networking is that the user can have only 50 friends contrary to Facebook where the number of friends in a profile reaches roughly 5.000.

Authors of Path are Dave Morin of - senior platform manager Facebook- and Shawn Fanning - founder of Napster. Path has been based on sociological and psychological studies that report that up to 150 individuals it can maintain relations a person.

However the new social network allows only 50 friends while it allocates almost most services of Facebook as like, photographs and comments.

At least you can actually save the 50 for your real friends and not just acquaintances. That is the biggest complaint Ive heard from people who refuse to use facebook.
