Patch day, should I avoid using HB then?

As the title says, its the patch day here in EU and just wondering if HB should be avoided or its just to start right away ?

I would say no wait until after patch and updated HB. Because the version on WoW changes cus of the patch and the Honorbuddy version which is suppose to be same as the WoW one stays the same as the 5.3 version until updated. So you have to wait till they update it!

so dont get ya hopes up for it being up 100% when it is released
