Password reset fail

Have tried multiple times to reset my password to get into the buddy store but am failing miserably.
How do I go about fixing that? I can log into the buddy Auth Portal and onto this forum easy enough but just can't get into the buddystore.

Hi, Sphanks,

There is nothing special, the Buddy Store uses the same credentials as the Auth Portal. (Its the same login server & database).

Yes for some reason thats not working though.

Hi again, Sphanks, and sorry it is not working for you.

In that case, you will need to contact [email protected], and work through the issue with them. The Support team does not have access to a user's account information.
