I am sure it was a report of some sort. They suspended me for the following: "Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy". Which is total BS, trust me . This was just a player report imo.

just write an email, normal they will unban you. got this mail some days ago, too. wrote an email about that never sell gold or something ( i think in this letter is something like you sell ingame currency to real money ). Tell them that you never did.
My 72h Ban was instantly removed, just 10h till they checked the situation.

exact same situation for me, I was at my computer on another accoutn when my bot accoutn crashed went to log in and PW was having to get reset n then got the email, was wondering if I should bot today after the rolling restarts this afternoon =\ prolly shoulda trusted me gut, but I got greedy, was using instance buddy atm
