PartyBot Connection Issues

I searched around on the forums but could not find a fix for my issue. The PartyBot will not follow the leader. Looks like my Leader Machine will not allow the connection to IP 127.0.0.1:1337 just using Windows Firewall on both machines?

Yeah it seems that port 1337 is closed on your router
