parse NPC chat in onChatMessage

Could you add npc chat plz. For example, it can be used in situation when Raid boss shout about something and spawn/useskill etc something. Also i hear wondeful story about GM under mobs skin and he ask something like that "Hey, Dude! how are you boting here?"
Добавьте пожалуйста возможность парсить диалоги нпц/мобов.

Its not chat, its announce, i need to catch this ingame to see how its implemented on network level
