It seems that plugin automatically will use druid flight forms but for future reference when I go to the spot where you fill in the name of a mount do I just type in the name of the mount or is there some kind of number I type and if so how do I find that number.
And thanks for telling me about that plugin. I'm still new to plugins and just figuring out how to use them.

The number is the ID of your mount
Say you go to Wowhead and look for Swift Flight Form you'll get this page: Swift Flight Form - Spell - World of Warcraft
If you look at the URL in your broswer, it'll end in spell=40120 so your ID is 40120. This is also used for NPC's, items ect.
You can either choose to fill in the name of your mount, or the ID. HonorBuddy fills in ID's when Automatic is selected because they work regardless of what language your WoW is.
