Paranioa Summon Enabler Stalker

I am writing some dungeon scripts right now, and i am starting to think some things.

my profiles run pretty well, but in some instances, there is always an invisible mob in the beginning of the dungeon.
this mob is called: Summon Enabler Stalker
Summon Enabler Stalker - NPC - World of Warcraft

this mob cant be targeted, it doesn't have any abilities except Ice Trap - Spell - World of Warcraft

is it possible that this mob traces bots in dungeons?
several wow databases cannot give any answer for what this bot is for

if you do it normal, do they use their ice traps?
most likely, or it was intended to be a mob but then changed.

the mob isn't doing anything. not visible, not target able. not doing anything. it is just there. this just being there and the name "enabler stalker" is suspicious to me. scared to run instances now.
it was implemented in wow 4.1 (cata) and i found it in bota, mechanar, utgarde keep, all hellfire instances (maybe more, haven't checked all instances). always exactly in the beginning of the dungeon. and it must have been added to the dungeon long time after the dungeon was available to be played

did the bans for instance farming increase since 4.1.0?
