how would they know it has been botted on? also how are you guys trying to sell accounts? ebay? i thought ebay doesn't allow virtual items to be sold?thought about selling on ebay too, though it might be hard to get decent value for an account that has been botted (i dont think id want to lie about this)
just sell it "as is" , worst is they'd charge back on paypal, in which if your account doesn't last for 45 days (paypals chargeback time limit) then the customer deserves a chargeback and thats a risk that you'd have to take. but if it does last past that 45 days, then chances are blizz isn't going to ban the botted acount at all. Its win/winyou can always sell on ebay.de. But honestly selling an account for hundreds of bucks that might be banned the next day without telling them just screams like trouble waiting to happen.
what about player auctions? not much saftey but prob still better then ebay?I dont think selling through paypal is a good idea, way to many scammers in the virtual buisness

Hehehe.. How much ya want for itand whats the char so i can check the gear
Thx
At least in the wow days just by mentioning "virtual item" on the dispute you instantly win the dispute
I think on ebay you can advertise "time spent on a paragon 100 barb"
don't make "as is" in caps or it sounds like ur hiding something, just don't mention that you botted on it. There are some accounts on sale on ebay also, check them out to see what they're doingyeah the time spent part is legit, i know you can sell that
like youd say that the property is owned by the company bs bs bs
and then be like, all im selling is the "time i put in"
so i guess ill try that then
anyone done this before? any advice? and yeah i think ill do the AS IS part too

just type in "diablo 3" and it'll be somewhere in the top, the guy seems amatuer tho as he doesn't give much info and i think the charecter is preparagon leveled, cause it doesn't show any parapgon levelswhat key words are you using? i can NEVER seem to find one... i must be hella retarded or something.. :S
Yeh it doesn't allow. You just have to avoid using keywords that catch their attentionhow would they know it has been botted on? also how are you guys trying to sell accounts? ebay? i thought ebay doesn't allow virtual items to be sold?
yeah thats a very very good point, sellers could reclaim later using i.d. Which would turn ppl off because they're spending hundreds of dollars, doesn't hurt to try tho, i mean if they're stupid enough to blow that amount of money on virtual items they prob won't see that as a problemI do doubt many will buy except few spoiled kids with too much money because only players with some information will think of buying p100 chars and these players def know that we have botted or at least he knows that he will never get the ownership of the account - seller can just reclaim later using his ID.
