I know generally things like Lay on Hands, or Hand of Sacrifice are generally activated by CC and not plugins but I was wondering if someone could write a plugin to use LoH on anyone who's role is set as tank, who's health drops below 30% and/or used Hand of Sacrifice below 50%.
