Paladin spamming Kings. Lazyraider and Singular

How do I stop that, one would assume 2 weeks later it would have been fixed. Please point to the line of code I can delete to disable this, rather annoying.

My hunter spams hunters mark ^.^

Yes I also have this, doesnt matter if I select auto or a specific buff such as Kings it just spams it repeatedly. A workaround would be nice as its a bit odd when tanking.
