"Payments
Payments are done through Gate2Shop Complete Ecommerce Solution. Once a payment is done, G2S sends us an callback to inform us, that the payment is complete. This is done instantly, so you can use Honorbuddy & Gatherbuddy directly after the payment.
If you see your payments as not paid, than most likely your Credit Card Company ( Visa, Mastercard, Amex ) declined the payment, as it was overseas and they thought its fraud / scam. A short call allows you to proceed.
Payments in other valuta are automatically changed to EUR within the payment.
Refunds
The Refund time period is retroactively changed to 7 days from 1st March 2011. There is too much abuse within that function, we will still ask no questions, we refund everyone who is eligible:
* Very first payment within 7 days for Honorbuddy and Gatherbuddy Software ( Testing the software and don't like it for whatever reason )
You are ineligible for a refund when:
* It is not your first ever purchase of our software
* You did an Upgrade to Lifetime
* Paid Plugin Keys at all
* additional 30days Gatherbuddy purchase
Plugin Keys
Paid Plugin Keys are non-refundable.
If you have paid for a Paid Plugin Key and did not receive it ->

make sure you use the email address which you used to buy the key with, and i will resend you the key to that email address."
