No, the 'paid-plugin' system is for Honorbuddy only. The 'paid-plugin' allows some of the Honorbuddy bots to fly. Specifically, the Archeology bot and the Gatherbuddy2 bot, with more flying-enabled bots in the future.

Gatherbuddy1 doesn't have the concept of plugins, and thus you don't need to pay for any.
