Paid plugin not working wont fly

Hiya,
I have a flight plugin on my account how I notice it does not say anything when I login like it used to and also I get this in the logs

09:58:09:164] Stop and dismount... Reason: Please purchase lifetime, or a plugin key to enable flight!

thought originally that the 30 day had expired but renewed and getting the same issue. would appreciate some help

make a new Hb installation from scratch and try your new key again
in case you still have problems post your log as attachment
