I stuff it all in a guildbank, then log on to a char in that guild that's on the same account as the crafters. Sort the items using Bankstack(addon from curse) and take out herbs first, send to inscr, then take out ores, gems and eternals, send to JC.
Takes about 1 min to sort each tab(due to delay between client and server) but it's just one click (Macro "/sort guild1" for tab 1, "/sort guild2" for tab 2, etc etc) and you can do something else in the mean time, such as restarting the bot if it's logged off.
Using QuickAuctions automail function to send all herbs and ores to the right person(basically just open the mailbox and the items will autosend in bulk).
All in all i use about 3 min to do all of the above each day. It sure beats sorting it all by hand.
